Description:
Mine insulating small-sized self-rescuer Ci-40 is a means of individual respiratory protection using chemically bound oxygen (KO2). Used for evacuation in case of an atmosphere unsuitable for breathing (smoke, toxic gases, lack of oxygen, etc.).
The self-rescuer Ci-40 is designed to be permanently worn on a waist belt in the mine or stored at switching points located on the routes of access to the fresh air stream.
Self-rescuer Ci-40 complies with GOST R 12.4.220-2001. Designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -20 to +40 ° С, relative air humidity up to 100% at +35 ° С.
Features of the self-rescuer Ci-40:
• Compact and ergonomic;
• Turn-on time of a trained user up to 7 seconds;
• Automatic starting device that is triggered when the cover is torn off and releases 6 liters of oxygen;
• Anti-fog anti-smoke goggles;
• Optional - moisture indicator for daily tightness tests;
• Quick release buckle on the neck strap for quick switching;
• Modifications are certified in the EU, CU, South Africa, Australia, India and Ukraine.
